<p>Prices range from $739,800 for a low floor &#8220;E&#8221; plan to $3.395M for the &#8220;A&#8221; penthouse with panoramic views West, North and East.</p>
<p>The more we see this project, the more impressed we are. Ceiling heights will be approx 9 feet, the kitchens are very well designed with gas Viking stoves and vented hoods (thank goodness), all homes will have air conditions and the washer/dryers are all vented too (another thank goodness). The building is a &#8220;sawtooth&#8221; design which gives all units in the building a view where none existed. There are two commercial spaces downstairs (tenants not decided yet) but we know they cannot be restaurants &#8212; cool coffee stores with sidewalk seating are encouraged though!</p>

<p>Finishes and design of the kitchen and baths are especially thoughtful and top-notch. We think most people will be very impressed with what they have chosen and no shortcuts have been taken with the quality of these units.</p>
<p>Some corrections to our previous posts, HOA&#8217;s are starting from the low 600&#8217;s ($613.89 to be exact) and in the high $800&#8217;s for the large penthouses.</p>

<p>Sales are starting in a week from today (Tuesday). We also recently took a private tour of the building and fell in love with it.</p>
<p>The design is clever - they have created set-backs from the property line such that all units have floor-to-ceiling corner windows with views where you would not expect views.</p>
<p>The building is 21 stories - with exception of the penthouse units, all of the units are 2BR units (some are smaller 2BR&#8217;s and some have a separate den with corner window). The units between 2 and 19 are all stacked. The 2nd floor units will have large terraces. Finishes in the units and common areas are consistently excellent.</p>
<p>What is also clever about Blu&#8217;s design is the parking: essentially an underground, fully-automated car stacking system (first of it&#8217;s kind in San Francisco that we are aware of but common in Europe and Japan) that will be able to deliver your car to you in 60 seconds through a mysterious garage entrance.</p>
