In terms of sales, the surprise has been how well units over $1mm have been selling over the past 6 months, specifically the 2 Bedroom “F plan” on floors 9-17 and the “C plan” on floors 9-16.</div><div>Additionally, the developer has just released the upper floor units on floors 17-20 for sale. Prices for these units range between $1.2-1.7mm for the spacious 2 Bedroom units, $450-600k for the Junior Bedrooms, and from $700-850k for 1 Bedroom units. On a price per square foot basis, One Hawthorne is still the best value for luxury condo construction in SoMa/ South Beach.<br

href="http://www.sfnewdevelopments.com/category/rincon-hill/" class="kblinker" title="More about Rincon Hill &raquo;">Rincon Hill</a> Dog Park.</p><p>Since my original post this is what has happened and is happening:</p><p>December 16<sup>th</sup>, 2011 began the park’s soft opening, lights were turned on as of December 20<sup>th</sup>, and as of the 21<sup>st</sup>, volunteers have kept the Dog Park open until 10 PM. Currently, the Park’s hours are M-F from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sat &amp; Sun from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Some areas of the park are still under construction including a couple of gaps in the fencing so please still keep a close eye on your pooch until its completion. The good news is that the two off-leash areas are now open and quickly becoming celebrated part of the community.</p><p>Scheduled for completion are items like additional seating, more landscaping, permanent trash containers, a public plaza, water fountains, and sprinklers. Dog waste bags have been supplied by <a
href="http://www.pawtrero.com/">Pawtrero Bathhouse &amp; Feed Co.</a> and a non-profit called <a

The dog park’s other additions will include fencing, landscaping, plastic bag dispensers, and planting which will be completed over the next few weeks.
