It became the Kessler Building after its use as a warehouse and bottling plant and in 1993 Pyatok Architects converted it into its current, and beautiful I might add, condition that it is in now.</p><p>The original façade still exists in the front of the building but when you enter today you will find 58 residential homes and 4 Live/Work units. There is a choice of single floor or loft units that range in size from 661 to 1,900 square feet. There is also deeded parking for all the homes in this gorgeous building and street parking is still readily available for guests. Once inside the building you will be welcomed by 5 landscaped courtyards with an incredible array of mature trees and water fountains that offer an element of tranquility.
