About Tiffany Combs

Tiffany Combs is the agent you want on your side. She has built a reputation on superior customer service, vast broker experience, and impressive sales records. A broker associate at Climb Real Estate, Tiffany has closed over 100 transactions in the past couple years alone and managed sales teams closing in excess of $30,000,000 a year. She has specialized in high-density San Francisco dwellings in neighborhoods such as South beach, Rincon Hill, Mission Bay, Alamo Square/NOPA, Van Ness Corridor and Union Square. Tiffany has a genuine passion for real estate, understands the need for distinctive representation and works endlessly to make the transaction as smooth as possible. San Francisco is full of great pockets and wonderful gems. Tiffany possesses insider market knowledge that is necessary in today's competitive sales environment and prides herself on providing her clients with the inside track to exclusive, off-market properties. Growing up with a father who owned and operated a construction business, Tiffany has understood the importance of quality construction from a young age. Over the past decade, she has helped frame walls with Habitat for Humanity and just recently completed her own green remodel with recycled denim insulation. This knowledge has helped her clients with tough decisions and with hundreds of walk-throughs and punch lists. She also has a keen eye for design that she studied formally at Rhode Island School of Design and through interior architecture courses at UC Berkeley. Tiffany’s undergraduate degree from Purdue University and ongoing financial courses are put to good use in marketing and with investment purchases for her clients. Her unique combination of education and experience provides her with expert knowledge, which she works to share with each client to make the home buying and selling process as painless as possible. Originally from the Midwest, Tiffany’s love affair with San Francisco began in the late nineties when she worked with Americorps in the Presidio. Her dedication to social and environmental causes has taken her on contract work as far as Alaska and Brazil and academic work as far as Singapore, but she feels there is no place in the world like San Francisco. Tiffany enjoys so much of what the Bay area has to offer including great hikes, kayaking, yoga, fabulous food, cooking and other cultural events. She currently resides in her Cole Valley Edwardian home and manages her rental properties in neighborhoods such as South Beach. Tiffany is a member of the Neighborhood Emergency Response Team and is working to implement neighborhood recycling information programs. She is also a former member of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Associates.
