In 2005, Joshua founded an independent brokerage in Huntington Beach which focused on buyer representation. Prior to that, he worked for 7 years in mortgage lending, placing hundreds of loans and over $60m in commercial and residential loan transactions with Finance Direct, in Irvine, CA. He received his Bachelors degree in Political Science, and a minor in Philosophy, from the California State University, Fullerton. He has traveled throughout Europe, North and South America and enjoys cooking, wine tasting, and snowboarding in Lake Tahoe.
