With sales exceeding expectations, Bosa Development has increased Madrone sales prices by 3%. This is the first increase in sales prices since their Sales Center opened in Summer 2011. There are 206 units in Phase I. Currently 70 units are in contract and 45 units are in reservation. The demand for luxury properties in Mission Bay is growing while supply stays the same. Sales prices are expected to increase again once model homes are available inside Madrone.

Madrone is located in the heart of Mission Bay. This developing neighborhood is changing by the day. The UCSF women and children’s hospital, Salesforce campus, residential construction of Madrone Mission Bay, a new 500-student school, and 43 acres of recreational parks is all adding to the excitement of the growing Mission Bay neighborhood.
