I stopped by 788 Minna on a broker’s tour today and learned that 788 Minna, one of San Francisco’s newest condo developments in SOMA, only has 6 condo units remaining. 788 Minna is a great community for first-time buyers. All of the units are 1-bedroom condos and have amazing finishes. Prices are very affordable, ranging from $429k-$519k for the remaining units. HOA dues average around $400/mo. The community is made up of 21 condos and all of them come with parking. Building amenities include a secure garage, bike storage and an awesome shared garden courtyard. FHA financing is available for those who want to put less down.
Out of the 6 remaining condos for sale, one of my favorites is unit 205. It has a great layout, a fireplace and an Elfa closet system.
The best feature, in my opinion, is the sliding glass door that opens to the shared courtyard. It really lends to the spacious feeling of the condo. Unit 205 is listed at $475k and HOA dues are $393/mo.
