SF New Developments

This design, located in the Showplace Square district of San Francisco, is a new mixed-use development of retail space and 224 dwelling units, a mixture of 170 affordable and 54 market rate ownership units. A segment of the Mission Creek greenbelt and bikeway is located on the site. This newly created half acre of public open space will serve as a neighborhood amenity and provide pedestrian and bicycle access, to link the Mission District and Showplace Square to Mission Bay and downtown.
