Application to convert two Allegro buildings to condos approved

Allegro From the Jack London District Association

The application to convert to of the Allegro apartment buildings to condominiums was approved. The 180-2nd Street, and 189-3rd Street buildings will include 144 units. Residents will be given notice if and when the conversion goes ahead, with an option to buy the unit they are currently renting, and relocation assistance if they do not.
