The Examiner: Millennium Tower Introduces ‘La Vie’
The Millennium Tower is announcing their new lifestyle amenity called “La Vie” (which means Life in French) which is essentially a program that is designed to foster a sense of community centered around the amenities offered at the Millennium (arguably the best of any high-rise in San Francisco) and the events in the city. Here is the reprint of the article from The Examiner:Millennium Tower, the 60-story, ultra-luxury residential tower located at 301 Mission Street in San Francisco, is pleased to announce La Vie (www.laviesf.com), the newest lifestyle amenity for its residents. A monthly events program designed to further enhance the Millennium Tower lifestyle and showcase the amenities available to residents through Millennium Tower’s 20,000-square-foot Club Level, La Vie offers residents a robust calendar of intriguing offerings, from film screenings in the Club Level’s screening room to engaging fireside chats, on- and off –site winemaker events, musical performances, and more.
“La Vie is more than just a collection of fun activities and events for our residents to enjoy; it’s a way for them to connect, build a sense of community and share collective experiences,” said Richard G. Baumert, managing director of Millennium Partners. “La Vie will bring even more life to our popular Club Level by introducing programming that not only takes advantage of the exceptional features and amenities of the space, but also complements the interests of our residents.”
A sampling of the exciting La Vie events confirmed for the coming months includes a wine school seminar with renowned wine educator Karen Mac-Neil, an outing to watch a San Francisco Giants game from a private luxury box, fitness discussions with an expert from Sports Club/LA, and monthly, themed “share your bottle” wine nights. Fireside chats have also been lined up with no tables in the design world as well as with Millennium Tower resident and San Francisco 49ers legend Joe Montana. In addition, during the upcoming grape harvest, residents will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive harvest experience at Napa Valley’s acclaimed Round Pond Estate.
“Since the introduction of La Vie this month, we’ve seen great enthusiasm and turnout for the events,” said Baumert. “Our recent La Vie concert with local artist Eoin Harrington had the building abuzz — 125 residents enjoyed the warm summer night and a wonderful acoustic performance by Eoin on the Club Level terrace.”
