Joe Montana at the Millennium – Plus Sales Update‏

The Millennium has reportedly sold 15 in the past month and selling much faster than expected.  Presumably because of lack of other competing inventory in certain price ranges (e.g., Infinity) plus the uniqueness of the homes especially in the highest price ranges (2.5M+).
You might have heard Joe Montana, who is practically San Francisco royalty, has recently taken up residence at the Millennium. Along with several other high-profile athletes and high-profile professionals in other industries (one of my clients is Oscar-award winner movie director for example) this makes The Millennium the latest “it-building” in San Francisco.
Call Mark for the latest in pricing and inventory. Currently in negotiations on several units – I will get you a great deal.
Thanks
