Artani Update: Pricing, Pictures, Timeline…
The Artani sales office reports that sales are expected to begin in April. Artani is boutique community in San Francisco’s Performing Arts District, just 52 homes spread out over 8 stories, with a rooftop deck, 2 levels of underground parking, and 2 retail spaces on the ground level. Air rights over the building to the south were purchased by the developer in order to preserve views. One of my clients was kicked out of contract at Artani in 2008 when the developers decided to instead rent the homes and wait out the market, and it’s a good thing they did. With the limited inventory right now, we expect Artani to sell out as fast as 77 Van Ness did.
