Ellington Economic Forum This Wednesday!

The Ellington is hosting an Economic Forum at 222 Broadway, in Jack London Square, this Wednesday February 24th from 5:30 – 7:30pm. This is an excellent opportunity to hear from the experts about the current lending market today.

Word on the street is The Ellington is going to be offering some INCREDIBLE lender financing on its’ Club Level homes, which will be released in the next few weeks. We’re hearing rumblings of a 3% starting interest rate – which translates to a significant savings over the term of your loan. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about financing, and how if affects your purchasing power.

The Ellington always shows us a good time. They are opening up the building to potential buyers, real estate agents, and the interested public alike for a cocktail hour, followed by a moderated panel discussion. The speakers are first rate – and this promises to be an incredibly informative event for anyone in the real estate market today. Please join me there.

Space is limited and filling up fast, so be sure to RSVP to hold your place. You can RSVP by emailing me @ joshua@climbsf.com or through this link:
