The Montgomery is pleased to announce a special Minimum Sealed Bid Program for all remaining homes. The Montgomery will begin accepting sealed bids on Saturday, December 12th at 12:00pm with the bid process ending on Sunday, December 13th at 5:00pm. Homes in this final release include a studio with minimum bid pricing at $340,000 and two-bedroom homes with minimum bid pricing at $680,000. Note: Inventory information and the bid package required to submit a bid will be available at The Montgomery Sales Center.

The following is an outline of the bidding process:
All offers must be accompanied with the following paperwork. Any offers submitted without all the required paperwork will not be considered.

  • 3% deposit check made out to Old Republic Title Company
  • Pre-approval from one of The Montgomery’s preferred lenders. Click here for a list of preferred lenders
  • Completed Montgomery Info to Open Escrow form
  • Signed outside agent commission agreement (if applicable)
  • Signed set of Montgomery Disclosures
  • Completed Montgomery Offer Term Sheet

Additional qualifications & information include:

  • All offers must be submitted no later than Sunday, December 13th at 5:00pm at The Montgomery Sales Center.
  • All original documents must be submitted to the sales center. No facsimile or email copies will be accepted. If mailed, it will be the responsibility of the prospective purchaser, or their agent, to ensure that the sales center has received the bidding package before the submittal deadline.
  • All offers will be reviewed after the deadline date. All prospective purchasers will be contacted no later than Tuesday, December 15th.
  • Seller retains the right to accept and/or decline any and all offers.
  • Once an offer is accepted, buyer shall schedule an appointment to sign the complete contract package along with the Purchase Agreement within 3 days of being contacted by the Sales Center.
  • No checks will be deposited until a ratified contract has been signed by both buyer and seller.
