The Margarido House – Both LEED-H Certified and GreenPoint Rated
Completed in 2009, the Margarido House is the first new home in the country to be both LEED-H certified and GreenPoint Rated. The LEED for Homes Rating System is the nationally recognized standard for green building administered by the US Green Building Council / www.usgbc.org. GreenPoint Rated is a separate third party rating system administered by Build it Green / www.builditgreen.org.
