ESPRIT PARK CLOSE OUT SALE
There are less than 23 residences in the South Court of Esprit Park. These move-in ready homes are the perfect blend of old and new, historic and modern. Exposed brick walls and timber beams salvaged from the century-old Schilling Wine Cellars are juxtaposed with waxed concrete, bamboo flooring and plush Berber carpet.
In the kitchens, hand-crafted wood cabinets and honed granite counters play warm counterpoint to the cool of stainless steel appliances and modern, clean-lined fixtures. In the bath, honed limestone and wood pair with sleek porcelain to create a tranquil space for starting and ending each day. And, from every side, double-paned glass windows frame views of gracious old trees, artful landscaping and one of San Francisco’s best-preserved historic neighborhoods.

Hi Chris,
My husband Brett and I are moving to SF due to Brett’s new job as the director of the SFM of Craft and Design. The museum is renovating a building in DogPatch and we would really like to live in that area-dog patch/potrero hill, etc.
We are wanting to rent as soon as possible and wait to buy a year from now as we get to know the city and where we want to be. Our goal is a loft/condo space with 1-2 bedrooms and 1-1.5 bathrooms. We are modernist so clean lines is very appealing to us.
We do have a 14 year old peek-a-poo who does not bark.
Please keep us in mind if anything comes available in your buildings.
Thank you,
Mindi Shapiro Levine
