Where’s the Best Real Estate Deal in San Francisco Today?

“Where’s the Best Real Estate Deal in San Francisco today?”

As real estate agents in the trenches we get asked this all day long for the last 9 months in particular ever since the market changed for the worst. And for the last 9 months, the answer has always been the same – The Infinity.

The Infinity, for those of you that have been living under a rock or don’t live in San Francisco is one block from the Embarcadero on Folsom St in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill / South Beach neighborhood and is perhaps San Francisco’s most popular new development today for various reasons.

The Infinity has been selling since the Fall of 2006 and is 96% sold of Phase 1 (Tower 1 and the 2 short mid-rise buildings) and over 50% sold in Tower 2. Tower 2 in particular has only been for sale since February and has been selling like mad – averaging about 10 sales a day (sorry, I meant “a week”) almost 3 months – The Infinity is the fastest selling project in the West Coast and quite possibly in the US (although this is unconfirmed).

Well, there’s a reason why it’s selling so fast – the prices you can get are incredible deals relative to anything else out there on the resale market or out there in other new developments in San Francisco – HANDS DOWN.

Climb agents in particular, are incredible negotiators and are very aggressive: we know for a fact that we have gotten the best deals including: the best 2BR deal in the “E” stack in Tower 2, the best 2BR deal in the entire project, the best 1BR deal and the lowest 1BR deal as well as three incredible 3BR deals that will make your jaw drop.

I wish I could share with you what the prices were and I know many readers get very frustrated because they cannot find out what the prices of condos sold for at the Infinity – the reason I cannot is because we sign a confidentiality agreement on each and every deal to not reveal the sold price of client’s deals. In addition, all sales are “silent recordings” which means prices are not published in tax records (neither is the transfer tax so you can’t reverse engineer the price).

With over 50 deals sold, I am confident you will also agree after the deal I get you. If not, then walk away and let’s find something else, but 99 times out of 100, you won’t. If you don’t believe me, you can read some of my clients (see reviews on markchoey.com, YELP review) and if you still don’t believe me, you can call me and I can put you in touch with some of them.

If you don’t believe, that let me be your buyer agent and let’s make an offer – if the price I can get for you is not better than anything else you can find out there in the market, I dare you!   :-)
