New Development Update: Union
The Union will be 99 units of one, two and three bedroom homes located at the crossroads of two authentic neighborhoods: Mission and Potrero. Situated on the corner of Bryant and 19th Street, this development was originally known as Bryant Commons (76 new “family town homes and flats” at 2125 Bryant) and Coach House Lofts (23 “highly-stylized lofts in a classic, historic building” at 2011 Bryant. The project is now known as “Union.”
Pacific Marketing is still very tight lipped about the floor plans and pricing for Union. However, by looking at the other work of this developer it’s safe to say, this is going to be a beautiful community. A mix of historic loft, with brand new construction inside and around it. The community is comprised of two parts – and by all accounts, they’re fantastic.
By Palisades, based in Santa Monica, is responsible for the Palihouse Hotel on Holloway in West Hollywood, and is currently selling The Lofts at Hollywood and Vine, at the eponymous intersection of the same name.
These high concept communities are on the cutting edge of hospitality and historic condominium conversions. The Lofts features a beautiful mix of historic construction – and new, gleaming finishes with clean linear kitchens, Ann Sacks bathrooms, and very unique homes. After touring that
community when recently in Los Angeles, I’m excited to see the Union finished product.
No one is talking about the specifics of Union just yet – but as soon as we get more information, you’ll be the first to know. Suffice it to say, it’s
going to be something special…
