The Montgomery Ranks Top 10!

This just in from John King with the San Francisco Chronicle. From John’s most recent recent article “SoMa no longer the other side of the tracks,” The Montgomery was ranked in the Top 10 and described as:

“a building with good bones can take a city’s transition in stride. That’s the case here, a seven-story exercise in columned classicism built for the long-defunct Call newspaper… the interior has been converted into high-ceiling condominiums aimed at young adults and empty nesters. Add the seismic upgrade included as part of the meticulous restoration, and it’s ready for another century.”
