Nothing on the 17th floor has a patio/balcony larger than the standard one. It seems like it was a cut and paste issue from the prior unit that you had on here. Also, as a buyer in Tower I facing east I am disheartened by this asking price, especially knowing that they are discounting them and that the actual contract price was likely substantially lower.
