BLU is officially back on the radar, yesterday announcing 10-20% price reductions, depending on the home. New pricing is listed below, along with the original starting prices in parentheses:
Residence A – starting from $743,000 ($925k)
Residence B – starting from $631,000 ($809k)
Residence C – starting from $622,000 ($799k)
Residence D – starting from $743,000 ($930k)
Residence E – Starting from $575,000 ($739k)
Residence F – starting from $673,000 ($809k)
The sales team reports that they are 10% sold, and expect to hit their 25% pre-sale requirement in time for projected April move-ins. We see them having no problem hitting that mark now that they are priced below market relative to other brand new 2BR/2BA condos in San Francisco’s South Financial District / SOMA. There is now a model available for Residence E, and a 16th floor F plan should be staged for viewing within the next few weeks.
