SoMa Grand – Price Reduction Updates

In response to the post regarding the units listed at the Soma Grand and the price reductions quoted, there are some clarifications that should be noted.

The three bedroom that was mentioned, unit #601, was previously priced at 860k not 999K. It is accurate that the price is now 765k and what a deal that is. It has southern exposure and a beautiful layout! In my humble opinion it is one of the best deals in the building!

The three bedroom that was mentioned is on the 21st floor and is currently priced at 999k. It has beautiful views facing south. It is the same floor plan as #601 but obviously higher up, has more of a view and more light.

#1212 that was mentioned, the one bedroom, was actually 625k last August. The price reductions on this stack of one bedrooms must have been the right move because they are flying out the door. They took six offers on this stack of one bedrooms including #1212!

The final claim that should be made is that the building is actually 65% sold.

More updates to follow! Stay tuned!!!
