The release of Tower II comes with 292 homes closed in the project’s 365-unit first phase just one year after opening in February 2008. The Infinity has closed an average of 26 homes per month since opening and also recorded the highest sales absorption in San Francisco in Q4 of 2008. The success has continued into 2009 with The Infinity signing 20 new contracts in the past 30 days. First move-ins are scheduled for April 2009.

“The Infinity stands out as a success even in challenging economic times,” said Carl Shannon, managing director of Tishman Speyer in the Bay Area. “Sales in Phase I have been consistently strong and we’re on track to move new homeowners into Tower II in April 2009. The Infinity’s success is a testament to the fact that people want to buy a well-designed home with exceptional amenities in one of the most desirable locations in San Francisco.”

Located one block from the Embarcadero, Tower II of The Infinity rises 42 stories to provide unparalleled views of the San Francisco Bay and city. Tower II offers one, two and three-bedroom homes – including four penthouses and six two-story homes. Most homes feature nine-foot ceilings, Bosch, Thermador and Viking appliances, climate control and walk-in closets. Select residences also feature foyer entrances, separate office areas, sky terraces, Poggenpohl cabinets, private master bedroom suites and master baths with double vanities.
