    This unit will asbolutely not rent for $3000. This is very misleading. I am sure you will not allow this to be posted though…. of course.

    Actually, they are getting right around the $3000 mark for rent and above! So far there has been a 2 yr lease of a 1BR+den at $2950 before parking & unfurnished. There is a 3-month lease at $2995 on a 1BR with no den & unfurnished (parking extra). The highest 1BR+den furnished was $3300 before parking.

    Still wanna stick with your answer above? Check these wishing prices for Soma Grand now… 2595 for a 1bed and 3200 for a 2bed on craigslist…. hmmmm.
