Arterra doesn”t just promise — it pays off

San Francisco Chronicle urban design writer John King gives Arterra, a 16-story condo complex in Mission Bay, his blessing when it comes to design. Calling the development “a stylish newcomer with compact flair”, King adds that the complex looks even better in person than in pictures.

King hails Arterra’s simple design elements, deliberate contrasts, and smart use of sustainability, saying that the development may not be perfect, but it is indeed a standout. Arterra, which has 268 residential units and cost $89 million to build, officially opened its doors earlier this summer.
