$50,000 Incentive @ The Potrero – Just 15 Homes left…
The Potrero is currently offering what some are calling the “Best Incentive in Town” with Flex-Incentive values starting at $40,000 for 1 bedroom homes up to $50,000 for 2 bedroom Homes through August 31st. Potrero buyers can use their flex incentive in any way they’d like whether they be pre-paid HOA dues, closing costs, interest rate buy-downs, price reduction, or design center upgrades.

While totally sold out of Townhomes and Studios, The Potrero still has a selection of brand new condos with downtown views, and some with private outdoor patios. Many of these homes are move-in ready and come complete with upgraded flooring, window treatments, and appliance packages. A few of the really great values are on their 2 bedroom 2 bath homes, the best priced example being a 914 sq. ft. “D” plan facing east overlooking Rhode Island Street.

Homes feature Studio Becker cabinetry, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Community amenities include dramatically landscaped garden courtyards, state of the art fitness center with Pilates and Yoga studio, and Whole Foods Market.

The Potrero currently has just 15 homes remaining, just under 10% of the total of 165 homes. At this point the North building is almost 100% occupied, and the South building is close to 75% occupied. They expect to sell out by early October.
While there may be some disagreement on whether they are offering the “best incentive in town”, I think we can all agree that there has never been a better time to purchase a home at The Potrero.
