Arterra Hard Hat Tours
The Arterra sales office reports having sold 60% of the 269 units, with an absorption rate of about 2 homes per week. Here’s a sampling of a few of the homes available on tour now:
- #706 - $599,000: 693 square foot A plan (similar home on 4th floor also available, and includes outdoor space at same price)
- #1307 - $665,000: 732 square foot D plan with water views
- #1304 - $665,000: 856 square foot J plan with city views
- #921 - $695,000: 735 square foot U plan with city views
And this just in: # 308, which went into contract very early, is now back on the market and offered at just $715,000. 892 square feet make it the largest 1BR unit available. High ceilings and floor to ceiling windows make it seem even more spacious. Contact us now and see for yourself.
First move-ins are scheduled for August 1st, and construction should be complete on the entire project by the end of November. When Avalon is completed next door, Arterra homeowners will benefit from an additional 5000 square feet of ground level commercial amenities. The sales team expects to open up their on-site sales office within the next two weeks, but check with us first before heading on over.

2 homes a week? Hmm, if that were the case they should be more than 70% by now. They were 50% sold in Jan.
