The first release of condo sales has begun with 11 released on the first day of sales.

Prices range from $739,800 for a low floor “E” plan to $3.395M for the “A” penthouse with panoramic views West, North and East.

The more we see this project, the more impressed we are. Ceiling heights will be approx 9 feet, the kitchens are very well designed with gas Viking stoves and vented hoods (thank goodness), all homes will have air conditions and the washer/dryers are all vented too (another thank goodness). The building is a “sawtooth” design which gives all units in the building a view where none existed. There are two commercial spaces downstairs (tenants not decided yet) but we know they cannot be restaurants — cool coffee stores with sidewalk seating are encouraged though!

Finishes and design of the kitchen and baths are especially thoughtful and top-notch. We think most people will be very impressed with what they have chosen and no shortcuts have been taken with the quality of these units.

Some corrections to our previous posts, HOA’s are starting from the low 600’s ($613.89 to be exact) and in the high $800’s for the large penthouses.

Also, the parking is not as revolutionary as I had mentioned previously - parking is going to be using a series of car stackers (ala 1 South Park and Symphony Towers) in a garage - although interesting but not the mysterious, underground robotic car stacker system initially described….however, all units do get one car assigned parking (~$30/month).
