BLU! Here we go…
So, the wait is finally over.
Sales are starting in a week from today (Tuesday). We also recently took a private tour of the building and fell in love with it.
The design is clever – they have created set-backs from the property line such that all units have floor-to-ceiling corner windows with views where you would not expect views.
The building is 21 stories – with exception of the penthouse units, all of the units are 2BR units (some are smaller 2BR’s and some have a separate den with corner window). The units between 2 and 19 are all stacked. The 2nd floor units will have large terraces. Finishes in the units and common areas are consistently excellent.
What is also clever about Blu’s design is the parking: essentially an underground, fully-automated car stacking system (first of it’s kind in San Francisco that we are aware of but common in Europe and Japan) that will be able to deliver your car to you in 60 seconds through a mysterious garage entrance.
