Last night, the new model for phase I of Radiance was open for a sneak preview. The model unit is a three-level townhome facing the water:

It features 2 bedrooms on separate levels:

A large, open living, cooking and dining area:

And the perfect space for a home office on the first level:

There are also two patios, one which is quite large, for panoramic views of the waterfront:

The common areas will feature plenty of garden areas for relaxation, as you can see from above:

The design is clean and modern, with small touches of flair, like this dramatic red color, highlighting the primary entrances.

Phase II sales will start in the September/October timeframe. It will have over 400 units, some of which will be two-level, loft-style homes. Being much taller than Phase I, water views will be abundant in the second phase as well as the first:

They have just finished driving piles and estimate it will take about two years to complete construction:
