Rincon Hill Construction Update

There’s a lot going on (and up) in Rincon Hill these days. We thought we’d give you a visual construction update on some of San Francisco’s most anticipated new developments.

First, a look at the Millennium Tower and Midrise. These are both moving along very quickly toward their expected Spring/Summer 2009 move in date.

The Tower makes quite a statement on the skyline:

And the Midrise holds its own at Beale and Mission:

City Residences (midrise building floors 3-11) are priced at:
* 1BR/2BA – 1395sf-1526sf – $1.56M-$1.90M
* 1BR+Den/2BA – 1280-2280sf – $1.62M-$2.51M

The second Infinity tower marches toward completion as well:

Dozens of units have closed in the first tower and many have already made their homes here, which is apparent from the furnishings and window coverings:

The central plaza is both inviting:

And stylish:

Last but not least, Rincon Hill’s namesake. Most of the visible action at One Rincon Hill is on the townhouses:

But work also continues on the tower. It appears that the external lifts are slowly being removed. You’ll notice the safety doors on the bottom two floors and the entire left hand side have been removed:

The workers are completing floors as they move up the building with the many new residents moving in close behind. If you’d like to join them, give Mark a call.
