The Infinity’s Second Tower Sales Rumored to Start in Summer
Now’s the time to get on an interest list for Infinity’s second tower…. why?
- one of the buildings closest to the water now, and in the future
- unobstructed eastern water views (now and practically forever) from the top 3/4th’s of the building
- don’t forget the northern city views too
- great south financial district location
- rumored to have better finishes and…
- sales also rumored to be moved up to the summer time.
Prices? Also higher (on average) for sure…
To be one of the first to have an opportunity to buy, you *HAVE* SHOULD get a new development agent on your side. I was one of the first to learn about sales 2 years ago…

That’s untruthful. You do not “HAVE” to have a new development agent on your side. All you have to do is march down to the Infinity office and put your name down on the mailing list. The sales office will be *DELIGHTED* do let you know of the sales just as soon as they are released, so they don’t have to pay a buyer’s agent.

Yes, that is true. You never *HAVE* to use any skilled consultant (accountant, lawyer, or agent) to help you do anything really. You can go to court without a lawyer, you can do your taxes without and accountant, and you can buy real estate without a real estate agent on your side - no problem.
But there is a difference with using an experienced agent and just walking into the sales center. I don’t want to share here how my clients were able to benefit from using me at the Infinity - but I would be glad to share with you privately - call me 415.630.0204 or email mark@climbsf.com.

It doesn’t apply to every new development, however, it gives a good general overview.
