Turnberry Construction to start in the summer
The San Francisco Business Journals reports that the sales office for Turnberry’s Rincon Hill tower located at 45 Lansing will be opening in “6 to 8 months” and that construction work on the building would begin in the summer.
We have all been wondering for a long time when construction was going to start as the demolition of the lot at 45 Lansing was completed a loooonnnggg time ago. We also heard a while back that the sales office would be in the Sound Factory across the street, but we never heard when the construction would start.
The building will be ultra high-end and designed to have more 3BR and 4BR condos (FINALLY) – It is about time that 4BR condos will be coming to San Francisco.
One Rincon Hill’s sales office will soon have some posh company.
Turnberry Associates, the glitzy Miami-based condo developer, has leased the defunct 25,000-square-foot Sound Factory nightclub at 525 Harrison St., directly next door to the One Rincon Hill sales center at 511 Harrison St. The space will be converted into a sales and marketing center for the tower Turnberry plans to start work on this summer.
Turnberry spokesman Matt Levinson said work on the space, which will also house Turnberry’s construction offices, would start shortly. He said the sales office would open in “six to eight months.”

That davum is one good photographer! Hey, this is great news and I can’t wait to see construction begin. Have you heard anything about the second ORH tower starting? Last I heard it would be this month.

It is supposed to start in March/April timeframe, so yes, you are correct! But it was supposed to start construction *this* month last month too.

are there any new renderings available? i have only seen one from a couple years ago.
