High Profile Closings and A Very Big New Sale

We’ve taken a little hiatus for the past month getting our site migrated to a higher capacity server but also been incredibly busy dealing with the business we’re in – real estate.

Infinity and One Rincon Hill have started closing their units and the scrambling has officially begun… scheduling (and changing) close dates, finalizing the financing in this new crazy lending environment, walk-through’s and inspections, general closing logistics and headaches.

Infinity will be closing just under 30 units by the end of the month and the building is looking just gorgeous – inside and outside.

Likewise, the One Rincon Hill is also looking impressive – seeing actual finished units, the floor plans, and the views … we thought this day would never come. Our client has what is arguably the best unit in One Rincon Hill — #6004 — in contract and we are very excited for them as they look to close in September.
