The Hayes - Sales Update
The Hayes, a new construction building from Intracorp, in partnership with Group Azure, is in the final stages of construction. The sales office is expecting move-ins as early as March 11th. The model units are staged and should be available for viewing in the next couple of weeks. The sales office is slated to move into the building toward the end of March. The project is over 60% sold. Only a few choice 1 BDs remain.
Many of the 1 and 2 BD units feature large bay windows and/or private balconies. Finishes include cabintery from Studio Becker and fixtures by Hansgrohe and Duravit. The project features underground parking, an attended lobby, fitness center. rooftop deck, on-site retail and easy access to transportation.

- 1 BD: 619K-670K
- 1 BD+ Den: 630K-749K
- 2 BD: 789K-965K
- 2BD +Den: 860K-965K
- Historic Carriage House: 1.059K
The Hayes is centrally located on the corner of Gough and Page, close to the San Francisco Symphony, Oper House, Ballet, Cafes, and nightlife along Market Street as well as the boutiques and many unique shops in Hayes Valley.
