SOMA Grand – Construction & Sales Update

A month after their public Grand Opening the SOMA Grand is 40% sold and has begun moving in residents and are in the process of putting the final touches on their lobby and 5th floor Park, Club Room and Gym areas. It is also reported that restaurateur Charles Phan (Slanted Door) has decided to take over the entire retail space instead of half as originally planned. The expanded space in addition to the restaurant will include a private lounge for SOMA Grand homeowners. The restaurant and lounge is slated for a June opening.
