One Ecker (1 Ecker)

The building was seismically retrofitted in the 70’s and from the looks of it is going to be a gorgeous brick conversion with 13 tri-level lofts (all on the first floor) and all of the remaining “flats” to have 12 foot ceilings. First floor units will also have stairs that go to their own basements! There will be a central courtyard (open to the sky) and will serve as a light well for those interior units without windows facing towards the street.

The architect is Heller Manus.
