The Front Steps is reporting that 18 out of 35 have been sold at this point. An old cigar manufacturing plant, it was originally one of the main tobacco trading warehouse buildings on the west coast. It was used as an office building up until 5 years ago when it was being converted to the high-end loft-style units they are today.

  • One BR’s are priced from $630k to $815k and range in square footage from 731 to 928 sf.
  • Two BR’s are priced from $945k to 1.495M and range in square footage from 972 to 1536 sf.
  • Three BR’s are priced from $1.150M to $1.995M and range in square footage from 1079 to 1794 sf.
