80 new condos in the heart of San Francisco’s historic Fillmore jazz district. The sales center has moved to the Yoshi’s lobby at 1330 Fillmore St, they are reporting over 72% sold. Here is the latest sales update:
- 80 Units Total
- 58 Sold or in Contract
- 22 Available (Pretty much an equal amount of 1-, 2- and 3-Bedrooms still available)
Of the Available Units:
- 1 Bedrooms range from mid-700′s sq. ft to mid-800′s sq. ft. and start in the upper $600′s
- 2 Bedrooms range from approx. 1115 sq. ft up to about 1407 sq. ft and start in the upper $700′s
- 3 Bedrooms are approx. 1500 sq. ft. and start in the mid $900′s
Some features include:
- a 24-hour lobby attendant,

- parking for each unit,
- the Jazz Heritage Center,
- 9 foot ceilings and 10 feet at the penthouse levels,

Also, Yoshi’s is now open! They just had their ‘Invite Only’ Grand Opening party on Tuesday, November 27th and opened up to the public on November 28th. Yoshi’s will create a huge draw for that area and give the entire district a huge shot in the arm.
