Esprit Park Update

In a recent PR announcement, according to McGuire Real Estate, as of October 24th, 12 homes of their new Esprit Park development in the Dogpatch area of Potrero Hill / Central Waterfront are in contract. The most expensive unit being $1.329M for a 1670 sf 2BR/2.5BA unit and average price per square foot for all in contract is $802.

Esprit Park bounded by 20th st, Minnesota and Indiana is one of the most exciting new developments in Potrero Hill since The Potrero and Sierra Heights.

Esprit Park is set in the heart of the Dogpatch and will consist of two seismically retrofitted historic brick-and-timber buildings which once housed the old 1906 Schilling Wine Cellars warehouse and the Esprit company headquarters.
