1 Rincon Hill Update + Video Montage
Sales Update at 1 Rincon Hill: 8 left!
Some choice units remain in the 1st tower including:
- a gorgeous NW facing 3BR penthouse unit (#5503) with views of the Golden Gate bridge, the city, and Twin Peaks
- Also, another choice unit is on the 29th floor facing SW - a 3BR Deluxe unit (#2902).
Construction Update: they are pouring concrete for the driveway, adding scaffolding for the townhome facade construction, window washing looks like it’s about to begin, one of the external construction elevators has been removed. Closings on the first units to start in approx 6 weeks.
Interest list is forming for the sales of the second Rincon tower - construction will be starting early 08 and sales sometime in the 1st half of the year. Developed by Michael Kriozere of Urban West Associates.
