1 Rincon Hill Tower II

Sales at One Rincon Hill for tower #2 are scheduled to start in April of 2008 with the building to be completed in 2009. Tower #2 is the “North Tower” and is planned to reach a height of 49 stories and 312 units. Tower #1 (South Tower) has a total of 368 units.

Rincon Hill will be the tallest residential tower west of the Mississippi River.
