The Hayes - an update

The Hayes, a 128 unit building, located near Market and on the cusp of hip Hayes Valley is offering aggressive financing incentives and claim to be about 50% sold. The top floor is nearly sold out and the interior atrium units are all gone, but there is still plenty to choose from. In fact, the converted 1907 Stable House, still has both Penthouse units available for a little over a million.

Prices in the newer building can be summed up as follows:

  • 1 BDs start at $599K
  • 1 Bed’s + Den’s in the mid $600Ks to low $700Ks
  • 2 Bedrooms from as low as $800K

The developer, Intracorp, also developed San Francisco’s first LEED-certified or “Green” building, Arterra, in Mission Bay. The architect on the project is Heller Manus, whose portfolios includes numerous well-known projects such as The Met, The Infinity, and of course nearby Hayes neighbor, City Hall. The Hayes features high-end finishes from Studio Becker, Hansgrohe, and Duravit. Amenities include a state of the art gym and landscaped rooftop deck.
