1 South Park – Construction Progress + Grand Opening

1 South Park is opening it’s doors this Sunday to the public for their Grand Opening Reception.

We have personally toured the units several times and are impressed with the floor plans, the finishes and the overall design of the building.

There are a total of 35 units at the 2nd street entrance to historic South Park. The building is a converted warehouse originally built in 1913. Here is a breakdown of the units:

• 1 Jr 1BR
• 10 one BR’s
• 18 two BR’s and two+Dens
• 7 three BR’s (2 Baths, 2.5 Baths, 3.5 Baths)

Some units come with outdoor space and rooftop terraces.

All but units with the exception of the one Jr 1BR has parking – you either have a deeded stall or a car stacker spot.
