1 Rincon Hill’s Newest Neighbor - 45 Lansing
In the shadows of 1 Rincon Hill are the beginnings of 45 Lansing by Turnberry Associates. Details are sketchy but according to J.K. Dineen of the San Francisco Business Times, there will be 227 luxury condo units in a sleek slender glass design. The architects for this project are Swedroe and HKS, the latter of which has designed many SF condo projects in South Beach, Rincon Hill and elsewhere including Bridgeview (at 400 Beale), the Portside (at 38 First and 403 Main St), the Metropolitan (333 1st and 355 1st St), and the massive Beacon in Mission Bay (250 and 260 King St) among others.
