Sneak Peek: The Arterra Construction Update
Looking to be San Francisco’s first LEED (Green Building) condo project, Arterra on Berry St in the new Mission Bay is making good progress. 268 condos are scheduled to close in the beginning of 2008.
There will be a 1500 sf fitness center, 24 hour doorman, roof-deck, a guest suite, floor-to-ceiling windows.

What looks to be the rooftop of the “City” building which is the 9 story building. The rooftop will be commonly accessible to residents and will have a BBQ and lounge area with panoramic views of the North, South, and West.
