The Millennium - Update
Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Millennium Partners, this 60 story tower (and shorter 9-11 story tower next door reportedly with apartments) is to be the 4th tallest building in San Francisco when it’s completed in 2009.
The project is to have 437 units, most of them residential condos (400). Not all condos will have parking but about 80% will in a 4-story underground parking garage. There will be 8000 sf of retail sapce.
