1 Rincon Hill - Construction Progress
1 Rincon Hill construction is almost up to it’s planned top floor now (scheduled for July 2007). Units still available including town homes, 3BR’s, 1BR’s with great views, etc., some highlights…
- large 900 sf 1BR town home is available
- 1BR on the 39th, 42nd, and 47th floors facing South West
- some 3BR’s available around the 30th floor available!
- a great two BR above the 50th floor…
Closings are already scheduled for the lower floors to be in November, December 2007 time frame… the higher floors for early Spring/summer 2008 time frame.
The second tower is going to be similar to the 1st tower (floor plate and floor plan wise) but flipped 180 degrees of the first tower (i.e., Tower-1-west-facing units will be facing east in Tower 2). There were a lot of 1BR’s on the west-facing side in the 1st tower, however, the developer will be making those 1BR’s into larger 2BR units as they will be facing east now.
Some quick facts about the 2nd tower:

- 45 stories
- closer to the water than 1st tower. Many units will have completely unobstructed views.
