A historic transformation into a stunning living environment. Santa Fe Partners recognized the potential value of this historic tobacco warehouse which is the last developable parcel on the corner of San Francisco’s first urban park in the growing South Park neighborhood. The building will be renovated into 35 high-end residential units along with retail and/or a restaurant on the ground floor. The project scope is similar to 310 Townsend, with One South Park situated in a superior location. The project is completely entitled and includes a valuable penthouse addition with rooftop decks and views of the San Francisco bay and the city. Completion is expected Spring 2007.
