City Walk VIP Sales Release
The Olson Company has announced the release of City Walk - a 252 condo community consisting of flats, lofts, and live-work units. It will be 6 stories high with underground parking - 1 assigned spot per condo. City Walk will be done in December of 2006 and a model is available in Fall of 2006, however, the sales office near City Center in downtown Oakland will have vignettes where you can see finishes, floorplans and the various amenities being offered. VIP pricing is as follows:
- Studios ranging from $310-$315k (~570 sf)
- 1BR/1BA”s from $385-$440k (~770-870 sf)
- 2BR/2BA”s from $590-$610k (~1170 sf)
